We have over 10 years of experience in the pet grooming industry. We are proud to provide excellent customer service and high-quality grooming products for our clients and their pets.
Our products are carefully selected and made with non-toxic ingredients, including paraben-free and dye-free formulas whenever possible. We also maintain a clean and safe environment by sanitizing our store with non-toxic cleaning solutions.
Today, living a healthy lifestyle and creating a non-toxic environment are more important than ever. At our salon, we are committed to helping keep pets away from harmful chemicals, giving pet owners peace of mind when bringing their beloved companions in for regular grooming services.
New Customer
No appointment is necessary for 1st-time customers. It will be a first come first serve. Please drop off your dog no later than 12 pm on Weekday. Once you arrive we will let you know what time your dog will be ready for pick up. You would have to pick up your dog before closing time.
If you insist on making an appointment payment will be required at the time of making the appointment. A full refund will be issued if you change or canceled your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment. If it is a “no show” or cancelled less than 24hr, there will be a full charge and no refund.
How do we take a new customer ?
To ensure the safety and comfort of all pets, customers, and groomers, we kindly ask all new clients to review the following policies:
- Coat Condition & Grooming Approval
Pets with severe matting, knots, or poor coat condition may require a shorter haircut for humane and safe grooming. If the owner does not approve the necessary grooming length, we may be unable to provide service. - No-Show Policy
Clients who miss an appointment without notice will no longer be eligible for scheduled appointments. Future visits will be accepted on a walk-in, first-come, first-served basis only. - Health & Medical Conditions
Pet owners must disclose any known medical, behavioral, or physical conditions before grooming. This includes conditions the owner may suspect or be aware of, even if not officially diagnosed. - Pets We Are Unable to Accept
For safety reasons, we may decline grooming services for pets that:- Show aggressive behavior
- Are too large for our staff to safely handle
- Have serious physical or underlying medical conditions that may put the pet or groomer at risk
